I purposely waited a full year before leaving this review because I didn’t want to write it too early. I really wanted to see whether the product was worth it and how it would hold up over time. Well, one year later and we are still absolutely loving everything about it! AI Smart Glass installed smart privacy film on the glass in our meeting room, which faces a very busy main road. Within minutes, we went from having people able to see straight into our meeting room to complete privacy at the touch of a button. The transformation was honestly amazing. A year later, the smart film is still working perfectly and looks just as good. It has given us the privacy we needed without having to sacrifice the modern glass look of our meeting room. The installation was quick and professional, and the quality has definitely stood the test of time. If you’re looking for smart glass, switchable privacy film or privacy glass for an office or meeting room, I couldn’t recommend AI Smart Glass enough. One of the best additions we’ve made to our office! Thank you to the team 🤗

Bloody brilliant job by the team at AI Smart Glass! 🇦🇺 We had their smart film installed throughout our property and honestly couldn’t be happier. The workmanship, turnaround time and attention to detail were spot on — professional from start to finish and the finished result looks unreal. The smart film is professionally measured, custom cut and prepared right here in Australia, and the installation was seamless. How bloody good is that! 😂🇦🇺 Highly recommend AI Smart Glass for anyone looking for smart glass, switchable privacy film or smart film installation in Australia. Great Aussie business and service to match! 👏

We had AI Smart Glass installed in our home and couldn’t be happier with the result. It’s been running perfectly since the installation and has genuinely become a showpiece in the house. Whenever we have people over, they inevitably end up standing at the window playing with it, switching the glass back and forth. It’s one of those features that people immediately notice and want to try. I’ve also integrated the system into our home automation, so the glass can now be controlled from our wall switches as well as through our phone app. It works brilliantly and feels completely integrated into the house rather than like something that was added afterwards. What impressed me just as much as the product itself was the service. Our installation ended up taking longer than expected because of some complexities coordinating the electrical work. The AI Smart Glass team spent an additional couple of days on site working alongside our electrician and made sure everything was properly finished and working rather than simply calling their part done and leaving. That commitment to getting the final result right was genuinely appreciated. Fantastic product, excellent result and a team that clearly takes pride in their work. Very happy to recommend AI Smart Glass.

I have just installed smart glass film to a bank of large floor to ceiling windows where no other option was available to shield the house from the western sun or create privacy at night. After the initial contact with Ali and Brad at AI Smart Glass everything went super smooth and quite quickly. The windows were measured and the next week a team of 3 flew up from Sydney and did the install over 2 days. Everybody that I have dealt with from this company has been extremely professional and very helpful. I could not recommend AI Smart Glass enough, the product is awesome and the service was better.

I recently had smart switched film installed on my front house window by AI Smart Glass, and I’m genuinely impressed with the result. Instead of replacing the glass, they applied the smart film directly onto my existing window — which made the whole process quick, clean, and far more practical. Visually, it looks fantastic. It’s given the front of my home a much more modern, premium feel. But the real benefit is the functionality. With the switch of a button, the glass goes from clear to fully private instantly, without blocking out natural light. I’ve also noticed a reduction in outside noise, which was an added bonus I wasn’t expecting. Overall, it’s a very smart upgrade — clean install, great finish, and does exactly what it promises.
