Ali Issaoui comes from a proud and hardworking Lebanese Australian family. His parents migrated to Australia seeking opportunity — to build a better life and provide a fresh start for their children. That legacy of resilience and ambition shaped Ali’s journey.

With over eight years of hands-on experience in building and construction, followed by six years as Director of NSW Build and Design, Ali has developed a deep understanding of the industry from the ground up. His passion for innovation and quality craftsmanship led him to a new mission: modernising the way we use and think about glass in architectural spaces.

Today, as the Founder and Director of AI Smart Glass, Ali is proud to lead a company that blends cutting-edge technology with practical design, delivering smart, energy-efficient glass

Bradlee Commins is a proud Aboriginal man with deep connections to the Barrungam people of Southwest Queensland and the Gamilaroi people of Northwest New South Wales.

With over 30 years of lived cultural knowledge, Bradlee carries a strong foundation in Aboriginal identity, community, and values—insights that guide his professional work today.

Following a 14-year international sporting career that took him across nine countries, Bradlee transitioned into the corporate space, where he now delivers empowering workshops and cultural engagement programs and business sales across Australia. His work focuses on fostering awareness, challenging behaviours, and identifying opportunities for growth and inclusion.

A graduate of three universities, Bradlee brings together formal education and deep understanding to solve complex problems, enhance competence, and create lasting relationships within organisations.
